I believe in a bi-cultural society for New Zealand, so it is important to have Te Reo Maori represented as a local language for all residents.

Last year, LexisNexis NZ published the first te Reo Māori handbook for the legal industry: Kia Kakano Rua te Ture: A te Reo Māori Handbook for the Law by Alana Thomas and Corin Merrick. To support this effort, we are running a communications campaign promoting this title, that includes sharing an excerpt from the book along with terms and phrases to further the awareness of te Reo Māori within the legal community in New Zealand.
