Room 7’s Ko Wai Au QR Code Pepeha Wall. Tamariki pre recorded themselves saying their pepeha and then we linked their videos to their own unique QR codes. Others can use a device to scan the code to watch & listen to tamariki do their pepeha. It’s great for those who are still building their confidence up to be able stand and speak in front of others. It’s also an awesome way for whānau to build connections / whai hononga. All we needed was an ipad to complete the space ;) hehe On top of all of this tamariki from our 2 bilingual classes went around the whole school to share and teach other classes different Māori kēmu, waiata, kupu, pūrakau. He rawe te rā!
