I am urban Maori raised in an English speaking household.
I want to connect with my culture and honour the unique gift of my tupuna by learning te reo and help be a part of the movement to increase use and awareness of not only the beautiful language but the deeper awareness that understanding tikanga Maori could bring to the wellbeing of all New Zealanders through transformational change.
