While I am an immigrant to New Zealand I am proud to be a Kiwi and passionate about the Māori language and culture. As the leader of my school I am committed to the promoting the spirit of the Treaty by building our confidence and capacity to say and do the right thing.
New Zealand is one of the few countries in the world which generally appreciates, respects and celebrates its original settlers and I want to do what I can to further strengthen this resolve.
