To understand the history of binational partnership, first step is to learn the spirit and soul behind the language.
To envision united country, embedding language is key. NZ need to overcome ‘māori’ / non-māori’ division. Not just for pākiha but māori people to find ways to help non-māori people to embrace the culture. If customs are not used correctly, please do not tell people off (graphic images, words).. we are trying to unite but it doesn’t help if we are told off when it’s not ‘perfectly correct’..
