We're at Level 4 lockdown in Titoki Montessori Preschool but our tamariki have been loving our Zoom mat times where we read a book, sing and dance. Here's a clip of us singing Tena Koe and Paki-paki. Young children have absorbent minds and are in a sensitive period for language acquisition so they take in te reo words and phrases like sponges!
