‘USING KARAKIA, PEPEHA, MIHI, WAIATA, TIKANGA IN OUR WORK' We will meet to discuss the use of Māori language and tikanga-based formats in workplace settings. Some practical details about tikanga-based formats will be presented and we will consider how to use them in sensitive ways that are appropriate, rather than amounting to cultural appropriation.
