Community Health 4 Kids

The CH4K service is made up of a wide range of services, our Public Health Nurses (PHN) provide a FREE and confidential service to assist, support and advocate for children and their whānau/families.
Within our wider CH4K team we also have Administrators, B4 school (B4S) nurses, Ear nurses (EN), TB nurses, Community Health Workers (CHW) who cover Rheumatic fever swabbing/Kiri Ora skin checks within the schools, Vision and Hearing Technicians (VHT), School Based Immunisation Programme (SBIP) Team, Dental Team, Oral Health Promoters (OHP), Family Violence Intervention Programme Coordinators (VIP), and the Vulnerable Unborn (VUB) Coordinator.
