Boys, If these words have found you, then many many years have passed since i sit here writing them. The world you live in will be different in countless ways than mine. But some things never change - the love i have for you, the wisdom of the old, the capacity to endure and the power of hope. My only wish for you, and everyone, in 75 years is to be content. Don't strive for happiness because it is so fleeting - we can only rejoice at the surprise of its untimely existence. Just aim to be content. The peaceful feeling inside that comes from time under tension is powerful and special. Please don't forget me in your stories. I want you to know that you mattered to me long after my bones and body have given up. I love you.
