Kia ora ā tōna wā,
This is room 5, 2025, from St Anthony's Catholic School, Huntly - New Zealand. This morning, we greeted the roll with the phrase "how are you?" in Te Reo Māori - "kei te pehea koe?". We learned about how to say feelings in Māori like happy-Hari, tired - ngenge, annoyed - hōhā, and very good - tino pai.
We hope that by this time in the future, we are able to say a whole speech in Te Reo Māori!
We hope that we all got our dream job and we wonder if we all stayed friends?
Ngā mihi!
