At 12pm, I unexpectedly found myself marking our Māori hour waiting in a queue to access our supermarket in Level 4 Tamaki Makaurau. Although brief, I tried my best to kōrero i roto i te reo Māori. Meanwhile, my whānau at home did our karakia.
