We held our first Matariki celebration ngt at work this year. I opened the ngt up with karakia and mihi in te reo Māori, I've just started a reo Māori course this year so thought I'd give it a go! We sung waiata, had a yummy hangi, and had lots of Matariki based activities to educate our whānau about Matariki.
