I edit the regional newsletters for Disabled Persons Assembly (DPA), for Ōtautahi and Ōtepoti. We have been having sharing sessions among kaimahi to exchange knowledge of kupu Māori, NZSL, waiata and karakia. I also use a few well-known kupu Māori in the newsletters. I would like to feature Māori Language week in our Ōtepoti newsletter next week.
