I lost a lot of myself over the last few years and part of me regaining my sense of self, was the journey of meeting my partner who is tangata whenua. I've always loved Te Reo Maori and Te Ao Maori - but seeing his adoration for his people and culture has inspired me to begin my journey of gaining a better understanding. I am beyond excited.
