Its really important because at 65 Te Reo Maori and to korero fluent Maori is a long held dream of mine. My journey is not easy because there is te kupu, sentence structures, and so so much to learn. Learning Te Reo teaches me about my personal confidence and what I think about myself and others and how I view the world. It has changed my perspective of the world I live in.
