I tēnei wiki, we are not only integrating Te Reo into our akonga (as we normally do) we are using all aspects of Te Reo for our programme this week. We have played lots of kemu, looked at the history of Te Reo and it's importance. We have sung waiata, my tauira have been practicing their pepeha, we have read pukapuka māori and have written basic structure using Te Reo Māori picture books to guide us. We have a rewards system for tauira who extend their Te Reo further and kōrero i roto i te reo māori i ngā wa katoa (when they can)
