We held a noho Marae with some of our tauira. Te celebrate 'Te wiki o te reo Māori', tauira played a kemu called "I te timatanga. . . " So much fun and laughter had by all. Mauri ora!

As part of our "Te Wiki o te reo Māori" celebrations and due to Covid19, we had to take our Noho Marae online. Te reo Māori is the language of my people. It's a part of who I am, my connection to my tipuna. Te reo Māori means so much more. The English translation does not do it justice. Te reo involves mana, mauri and wairua. Tōku reo taku ohooho, tōku reo taku māpihi maurea!
