I am encouraging our staff to greet all our clients in Te Reo whether it be by phone, in person or correspondence and also by signing off emails in Te Reo. We have also learnt a Waiata. I, myself do as much Korero in Te Reo, even though it is the basics, it is a start. Nga Mihi
