Activities

CC2 tamariki kōrero Māori daily practising karakia, pepeha and waiata. We celebrated by creating Māori artwork, playing knuckle bones, string games and Kahoot answering Te reo patai. Our school is having a draw for tamariki who have been working at Te Reo in their homes with their whanau. We have loved our ako to acknowledge Te Wiki o te Reo Māori.

Today in class we sung Māori waiata, played knuckle bones, korero Māori, created string games, kahooted in Te Reo - he ngahau (it was fun)! Our waiata is E noho tu heitia and our kaea is Ella with Cyahn, Tyzaia, Harmony and Wairahi as support . Noah and Jahkodah are on the ukelele and Kayce is on the drums.
