On our Fijian Language Radio Programme Show (5pm - 7pm) on Saturday 12th September, 2020, i dedicated a moment acknowledging the ancestral land of Tangata Whenua Māori o Aotearoa.
Most importantly, the preservation and strengthening of the Te Reo Māori. On Sunday, 13th September as a lead up to the 14th September 2020 the beginning of Te Reo Maori Week, I dedicate and posted a picture of me at the Radio Studio on Saturday on our Facebook Page, with a beautiful Whakataukī lifted from Jane McRae in the book I'm currently reading to honour Tangata Whenua Māori. It's titled; 'Maori Oral Tradition: He Kōrero nō te Ao Tawhito'.
