We in the Kauri room at Preston's Preschool have been practicing our Te Reo phrases and words each day. We have put a new word up each day so far and have been incorporating it into our daily practices.
We also love waiata and have even been practicing the haka to share with our whānau. Our favorite songs are mā is white, tutiri mai and the days of the week.
We love learning new reo and expanding our knowledge base and then sharing that with our tamariki, whānau and wider community.
Previously we have been super lucky to share our haka with a current All Black to show him how we have been working so hard.
