I have always loved listening to speakers of te reo and have always wanted to learn more than we were taught in primary school. Last year I took my first te reo course, learning more about the language and culture. I am lucky enough to have friends and work colleagues, who are fluent speakers, to help me practice and become more confident using te reo in everyday life.
