The tuakana & I mahi as a referees for Wellys Turbo Touch.

In celebration of Te Reo o te Wiki, I wanted us to korero our ref calls in our wonderful language.

Hoi ano, didn't want to overwhelm our tauiwi brothers & sisters with complicated kupu (myself included) so kept it simple as possible. So me & my brothers came up with these kupu.

Touch one - Pa tuatahi

Touch two - Pa tuarua

Hold - Mau

Pass - Whiua

Ora - Live

Teams embraced the integration with smiles and "kia ora" after.

We thanked each tima for allowing us to share a little bit of our beautiful Culture.
