Kia ora a chairde ('a chairde' is 'friends' in Irish),
My daughter Cara (4 years old) and I practicing our waiata, the beautiful Te Aroha.
I am an Irish immigrant who has lived in NZ for 10 years and our daughter was born here. Language and music are the heart of a culture and sharing this together is very important to us.
