I spent time preparing a fun Te Reo lesson for Y2/3 Takahe Class at Otakiri School. Our focus was Counting to 100 in Māori. The children loved the video clips of Counting with Tu. We played a flashcard game with Māori number words and enjoyed practising the using correct pronunciation to say kupu correctly and to sing.
