Tēnā koutou katoa - what an absolutely fabulous whakawhanaungatanga time we enjoyed together over our lunch hour today. BDO Gisborne kicked off our "Mahuru Māori" moment with a mihi and opening karakia to welcome all staff in attendance. We then listened to the uplifting beats, whilst taking in the beautiful scenery of our East Coast paradise from Rob Ruha's recent waiata anthem release, Ka Hao - 35. The icing on the cake was definitely the delicious kai, and seeing all the smiles on the faces of our staff who have missed the face to face contact on the back of another lockdown period. Tau kē!
