Today we hosted a 30 minute Teams session with the famous Dr Hinemoa Elder. This kōrero was about Māori Hauora (Health and Wellbeing) discussing how to use Māori values and principles in your everyday life to enhance your health and wellness. We had 63 kaimahi and haumi attend. Dr Hinemoa's session has inspired many in attendance with a number of the attendee's being inspired to attend te reo lessons for their own development.
