Mauri ora ki a tātou, he tino whakaaro nui.
Āmene.
I hope this poem resonates with the spirit of Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori and brings a sense of unity and celebration to all citizens of Aotearoa.

To celebrate the Week of the Māori Language,
let's listen to the voices of the land,
as an acknowledgment to the mana of Aotearoa.
Make it certain, make it secure!
The dark night shall not engulf us.
Be strong, be brave, be steadfast.
Oh people, oh family, oh tribe,
We are peace and we are love,
Faith empowers us all.
Welcome the world of enlightenment,
To the woven mat of unity,
Joining us together, like stars in the sky.
Let us send our praises to the divine,
The Eternal Parent of life,
Life force to us all, a profound thought.
Amen.
May this poem resonate with the spirit of Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori and bring a sense of unity and celebration to all citizens of Aotearoa.
