I whakamahi i ngā momo waiata i akongia e mātou. Kahore tenei mahi te take tuatahi mo te wā tuku reo engarī hei aha. He waiata, he kata, he harikoa, he māori!
This wasn’t the original plan for wā tuku reo, but we were in class and a couple of boys just asked to do some waiata. I told them I was going to record so sing up lol. Mea rawa ake, it went viral. I ended up sharing it because it reflects our reo journey perfectly in our kura. It is a cool journey with ups and downs, sometimes the wheels fall off but we can haka, sing and laugh. E ai ki te whakatauāki a Dory, me kahoe tonu ana, Mauri ora!
