This week on my Open Floor Movement Meditation Classes on the Kāpiti Coast all the waiata we danced to are Maori artists apart from a few who are inspired by or from the south pacific. Our kaupapa for the day was, ki runga, ki raro, ki waho, ki roto, and then sending out that mihi using movement and dance.
