I have ensured that I have had korero with my team with Te Reo Māori becoming more prominant. I have been on a journey in discovering my reo and have been hesitant to incorpertate it in my professional setting due to my perception that it might cause people to be uncomfortable as they will not understand.
By using an educational approach my team have really embraced the reo, trying at least one kupu a day.
I have shared snippets of the history of Te Reo Maori to give the horopaki as to why this is such as important movement to get behind.
