The tamariki in Room 8 at Mayfair Primary school in Hastings, shared time together by singing waiata and did a māori kemu. We sang waiata like, Tutira mai ngā iwi, Mā is white, pakeke mai and pakipaki tamariki mā. The atmosphere was full of love, laughter and joy.
