For the team at Dunstan Educare it is vital for us to be role-modeling Te Reo Maori, and to be continually improving our Reo. Early Childhood Education is the perfect time for tamariki to begin to be exposed to languages. We want to engage tamariki and whanau in this process, and try to keep challenging ourselves with how we engage with whanau, the signage around the centre, and the phrases that we use.
