The Maunga whakatauki
We are going to use this whakatauki in Term 4 planning (teaching and learning) for our junior students. We want them to piki atu ki te rangi aim high, strive for excellence. Once they reach their mountain-top, the horizon or vista of opportunities that lies ahead will become clearer. This will possibly inspire them to work harder to reach their targets (or goals) more successfully and become useful members of society.
