I would love it if in the year 3021 that the prior of Aotearoa New Zealand looked back to history and said - "ka pai- what a great job they did back then with revitalising te reo"
I am learning te reo- not only as part of my role at work - but also to support my children's learning. It may be too late for me to become fluent- but I would like to think I am doing my part.
I practice with my seven year old. We read together and have a number of resources around the house to prompt us. I am learning this karakia for work - and have recorded him reciting it to help me remember.
