My class learning about ‘whangai mo te katoa’. During Matariki, we prepare our Kai together and we celebrate the concept of ‘Katoa’ (us all/te whanaungatanga) as opposed to ‘ahau anake’ (me, myself and I).
They loved the prep and the big Hangi Kai. This year we shared a huge parakuihi.
