Pania - Auckland

I have been on a stop start journey of learning/speaking Te Reo Māori for many years. I know that I get whakamā tō kōrero because I don't want to get it wrong so I don't try. I know that is a block for me and I also know that for me to get past this and to learn I have to be willing to be vulnerable, make mistakes, accept feedback to move forward.

I also have a desire for my grandchildrens first language to be Reo Māori.

So these are my "whys".
