This saying talks about community, to collaboration and a strengths-based approach. It acknowledges that everybody has something to offer and by working together we can all flourish.

On Friday 2nd July 2021, this goal was achieved when the Lyttelton Port Company (LPC) had its first hangi to celebrate Matariki whereby we catered for 630 staff and the overall feedback has been tremendous.

There was plenty of kai and no doubt it will be a regular feature for years to come. Big thanks to everyone that helped on the day and especially to all the LPC staff who shared in the fellowship of eating together to celebrate Matariki.
