I am learning Te Reo Māori, have been for a few years now, so I went and met up with my friend at her house who has been learning with me and we spent an hour together. We started with karakia, sung a waiata and then practised our conversation and tested each other on new kupu. I enjoy studying on my own but it is also so fantastic to share this learning journey together as there are always questions, uncertainties and two brains are better than one. Therefore, Welcome the mistakes, banish the fear. Give it a go!
