Kia ora
We celebrated our Māori Language Moment by practising vowel sounds and learning a Karakia mō te kai to use when we are serving kai in our wharekai at Belfast Community Centre in Ōtautahi.
We have decided that we will continue this at each of our staff meetings, and then progress to learning a waiata together. Ka mau te wehi! Thanks so much to the organisers of this awesome event! :)
