Te taonga o taku ngākau ko aku mokopuna korikori e
My youngest grandson attends te Kohanga Reo and I heard him speaking te reo to my daughter this morning. It reminded me of when my children were young and attending Kohanga Reo while I was an adult also learning te reo Māori- something I did not have the privelege of learning as a child. I was filled with joy to hear my cheeky mokopuna speaking te reo with his mother.
